The loading dock and storage corridor are moving to current-generation readers with auto-expiring credentials and tenant-hour schedules, alongside a new door controller and refreshed camera coverage. The design maps badge access to delivery windows so the dock stays secure outside of scheduled carrier slots. Work is staged around tenant hours to avoid disruption.
